This spacious and very comfortable 2 storey brick home easily accommodates a large or extended family, or just as easily be a cosy romantic getaway for two.

• 2 large upstairs bedrooms, two more downstairs, plus a rumpus room.
• Large upstairs lounge, dining, kitchen
• 2 bathrooms
• Laundry with washing machine
• Large covered front and back decks
• Plenty of room for cars and boat

Nothing to bring except linen, towels and food (pillows, doonas and doona covers are provided).

Less than 5min walk to 3 beautiful beaches, the Tomaga River and boat ramp, the Tomakin Sports and Social Club, great coffee at the local store and cafe. Very close to amenities such as golf course and service station, and within easy access to Batemans Bay, Mogo, Broulee, Mossy Point and Moruya.

Rates:

Weekly Rates:

• $600/week - except Summer school holidays
• $1800/week - weeks containing Christmas or New Year
• $1550/week - other Summer school holiday weeks

Weekend and short term rates:

• $300 for 2 nights
• $400 for 3 nights
• $600 - Easter (Thursday - Sunday nights)
